Meet Emma

A PACFA-registered Psychotherapist and Creative Arts Therapist based in Launceston, Tasmania. With a Master's qualification in Art Therapy, she offers a compassionate, evidence-based approach to mental health, specialising in trauma, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.

Her practice integrates talk-based counselling with creative modalities such as drawing, painting, clay work, and sand tray, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and foster healing. Emma works with children, teenagers, and adults, including neurodivergent individuals, offering a neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approach tailored to each person's needs.
