Therapy Services
Holistic approaches to healing that integrate mind, body, and creative expression.
Art Therapy
Art therapy sessions harness the healing power of creativity to express emotions, process experiences, and discover new perspectives. No artistic experience is necessary – just an openness to explore.
Using artistic modalities and creativity, sessions offer a gentle, hands-on way to connect with your inner world. Emma works alongside you to tap into creative wisdom and unlock new pathways for healing and growth.
This is ideal for:
Those who find it difficult to verbalise emotions
Processing trauma or difficult experiences
Enhancing self-awareness and insight
Exploring body image or eating-disorder related challenges
Developing creative self-expression
Building emotional resilience
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy provides a grounded, supportive space to explore what's happening in your life – past or present – and how it's impacting your wellbeing.
Emma brings a relational, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She tailors each session to your unique needs and pace, drawing from modalities like psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems, and narrative therapy. The work is collaborative and thoughtful, helping you build clarity, self-understanding, and lasting change.
This is ideal for:
Navigating anxiety, stress, or low mood
Exploring identity and life transitions
Working through relationship or family issues
Understanding patterns or past experiences
Seeking long-term emotional support
Gently addressing body image concerns or disordered eating
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, tune in, and work together on the challenges that can arise in relationships.
Emma draws on evidence-based frameworks, including Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to support couples in improving communication, repairing connection, and building emotional safety. Sessions are collaborative and non-judgemental, with space for each partner’s voice and experience.
This is ideal for:
Improving communication and connection
Navigating conflict or ongoing tensions
Rebuilding trust or recovering from ruptures
Deepening intimacy and understanding
Supporting transitions like parenthood or separation
