Therapy Services
Creative and expressive approaches to mental health and wellbeing.
Art Therapy
Art therapy sessions are a creative approach to expressing emotions, processing experiences, and perspective taking. No artistic experience is necessary – just an openness to other ways of knowing (other than talking).
Using artistic modalities and creativity, sessions offer a gentle, hands-on way to connect with your inner world.
This is ideal for:
Those who find it difficult to verbalise emotions
Processing trauma or difficult experiences
Enhancing self-awareness and insight
Exploring body image or eating-disorder related challenges
Developing creative self-expression
Building emotional resilience
infants and children - as they can not use words the way adults can, creativity is their mode of expression.
